Weiner’s Weiner

By: Toby Schill

By now, everyone in this country has heard about Anthony Weiner’s embarrassing tweets and texts that include pictures of certain parts of the private area, commonly known as sexting.

For those of you who didn’t know Anthony Weiner before this sexual scandal, he was a congressman from New York, a rising star in the Democratic Party. He was very smart, articulate, aggressive and an excellent politician. He could’ve run for any position he wanted and probably won , even the presidency. Then he decided to do something stupid. He took pictures of his “junk” and tweeted it to his followers. When confronted with that he, at first, denied it, then admitted everything and was forced to resign. He was a rising star that rose so fast, so far then came down crashing to the ground.

I personally, like many people, felt sorry for the guy and wished that he would get a second chance at politics because he was so good at it. After all everybody makes mistakes and learn from them. Now he’s running for Mayor of New York, but it seems that he has not learned from his mistake and continued to repeat the same thing, even worse. He’s going to crash again but this time he is not holding any position in government. Somebody please tell this man that the reason its called private parts is that they should remain just that, private, and just because his name is Weiner, he doesn’t have to show his wiener.

    1. Hello
First, I want to apologize for the delay in responding to your comment.
Second, I want to thank you for your kind remarks.
Third, I have a confession to make. Actually, I am new to blogging. That’s why I am so late in my response. I have always liked writing and always had something to say about almost anything and everything, so I started this blog to share my ideas and thoughts with others. I am still learning about this blogging thing but I am getting better at it.

      Thanks again

      Hank

    1. Hi Normand

First, I want to thank you for your nice and sincere comments.
Second, I want to apologize for not replying to it sooner.

The truth of the matter is that I haven’t been blogging for long. A few months ago, I learned how to set up a blog using word press. I have a lot of thoughts that I’v always wanted to express and share them with other people, so I set up the blog and started writing. I have done no promotion or advertising of any kind for my blog but I need to do that when I learn how.

      Thanks again. Keep in touch.

      Sincerely

      Hank

  5. naturally like your web-site but you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts.
Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find
it very troublesome to inform the reality then again I’ll certainly come back again.

    1. We appreciate your pointing out that there are some spelling errors, but we will appreciate it even more if you could specifically point the words that were misspelled. Like, for example I can point out a misspelled word in your comment which’s to. It should be too.
